Always check the weight of your TV. It must be less than 165 lbs.
Check your TV's owner's manual for mounting guidelines. You'll see the word "VESA" followed by numbers, which tells you how far apart the holes on the bracket or TV are in millimeters. For example, VESA 200x100 means that the holes are in a rectangle, with two sides measuring 100mm (about 4 inch) and two sides measuring 200mm (about 8 inch). You should be able to find that information in the owner's manual, or you can measure the holes yourself . If the vertical distance is within 18" inch, horizontal distance within 28" inch, then this mount will fit.
