The picture on this white 19" Samsung LN19B361 760p LCD HDTV is fantastic. There is a delay before the picture can be seen when TV is turned on. The sound quality reminds me of talking through a tin can. I have adjusted all sound options but nothing helped. I also have a 26" Samsung that sounds just fine. Amazon sold this item for less than I could find anywhere else. I'm very pleased. -- 19" Samsung TV - great picture, sound quality could be better
