After only 3 days of use we noticed a burnt pixel. We found out that Haier will not cover repair if only one pixel is burnt. So we have to live with it,,, -- Just OK

This 19 inch Haier is our first HD and purchased for a small room. Sound and picture (even non-HD) are very good. Good contrast when viewing at eye level or lower but picture was too light when TV was originally placed on a high shelf. The analog (non-HD) picture is smaller and does not fill the already small screen, cutting off some 1.5 inches on each side and resulting in a 16 inch diagonal viewing area. If I had known this before purchase, I might have gone for 21 inch. -- Nice, small HD TV
